The institution was officially registered in 2018 with the goal of supporting youth in developing their artistic skills, particularly in painting. It focuses on young people from underprivileged backgrounds, providing them with opportunities to grow in art while also teaching them self-awareness and self-control. This is done to protect them from harmful influences such as drug abuse, theft, and life-threatening diseases. By doing so, the institution aims to nurture a generation of responsible and capable individuals for the future.
